where does a 4km AOE shockwave scale

You can just scale it here (most of the time, anyways, depends on how it was done):

Anyways, assuming 4km diameter, which means 2km radius, and if it was on ground, it'll get around 600~ kilotons. Aka High 7-C+.

If it was on air, it'll get a bit lower, but still High 7-C.

For 4km radius, then it'll be Low 7-B.

Ok real answer:

4.3682454e+17 Joules if I did it right

(Mountain lvl)
Not even sure how you got this number ngl. What calculation did you use?

what if it was 8KM in diameter
they were clashing at the Tower of London, with the shockwave reaching the Piccadilly lights (A distance of 4.06 km)

i'll just send the feat here

That... Is a bit different, as the shockwave doesn't seem to be omnidirection (ie it only seems to destroy stuff in a line, not the up and down too). That'll probably require a different calculation if that's how it is.

However, assuming it is a normal shockwave (which I'm doubtful about), and considering it is in air, it'll be;

((x/0.28)^3)/1000 -> ((4/0.28)^3)/1000 = 2.9 megatons, then divide by two, which will be 1.45 megatons of tnt, ie Low 7-B.

considering that the shockwave doesn't go omnidirectionally, doesn't that downgrade the feat to like tier 8?
