What is Hulk supposed to do against Todd's layered stealth? Also, pretty sure the former is only baseline 9-B.
9-B Hulk has Unknown speed.

Todd usually doesnt start with his stealth and i closed the distance so he wouldnt be able to hide that easily

What's his first move? If he just goes straight in and attacks, Hulk gets oneshotted because, again, baseline 9-B.
