This will be simple.

Attack Potency

• The Indominus Rex breaking into the aviary and the Spinosaurus destroying a rock both yielded 9-A levels of energy. So, any dino that scales from them should also be upgraded.
• Basically, the player can survive being thrown to the ground by the T-Rex. The Tyrannosaurus, with its brute strength, can basically punch large holes in the walls of houses. According to the guides, it isn't holding back when attacking the humans. Keep in mind that logically, the strength it had to slam the human to the ground would be at least comparable to how he used to destroy the wall, and it wouldn't make sense for it to be an attack where he is holding back when the same individuals kidnapped his cub and injured his partner, having his animal instincts as a protective father and partner. The Carnotaurus can damage the humans, so he should also scale from the T-Rex feat to 9-A.

Hax

• Loud Sound Generation for the Indominus Rex, as it can roar up to 160 decibels, enough to cause harm, and for the T-Rexes, as they can generate pain in humans with their roars and also can be heard from kilometers away. Only excessively loud sounds can cause pain and hearing damage.
• Limited Body Control for all the dinos in the franchise, as they can change sexes at will.

Sounds more like Loud Sound generation that should be worded as such rather than a manipulation, but the link to page and sound users as a category are still fine.

I agree with DDM's loud sound generation as well (Limited sound manip also works fine as HellBeast suggested), body control should also be limited tbh
