It's not even an argument. HH & HM Garou is completely incapable of killing any of the Kizuki or Muzan past their regeneration. They're in the Infinity Castle, so sunlight isn't saving Garou. What's going to happen is that Garou will get whittled down over time by opponents with infinite stamina until he hits his limit and dies without being able to stop it.
