Even if you tie up Primal Projection’s hands and feet and tell it not to move, Doom Guy still cannot interact with the abstract existence of Primal Projection, in other words, he cannot touch it.

I really like infinite speed, I really need a key for infinite speed...
You guyz already kinda have infinite (even immeasurable) speed via higher dimensional entities seeing Time as a Book which should be the case for Agents like Luna who scales to the gate at the top of Hetero Tower that sees space-time as a map in there and a place where the concept of Beginning and end (time basically) does not exist.

Can you point out when and where Luna’s abilities were actually connected to the Gate?
Maybe it happened in Chapter 33? Because I haven’t finished Chapter 32 yet, as far as I remember, Luna wasn’t connected to the Gate in Chapter 30, and even if she does enter the Gate,
she wouldn’t qualify for Tier 1-C or AP 6D.
At most, if she meets the requirements, she would only get HDE 6D, The only ones I remember whose abilities were connected to the Gate and who actually gained 6D abilities were Cradle and Lee.

Here’s my main question: why doesn’t Lee have the 6D key? I mean specifically in the AP section.
Because when Lee entered the Gate, he fought against the Primal Projection and at least once or twice affected Ishmael’s durability, So why doesn’t he have AP 6D?

That's because that alone wouldn't give Luna that level of speed, she can get it from chain scaling but that's it.

She is connected to the Gate? Selene & Agent Zero verbatim are stated to make their own Gate, Luna beats Selene and reclaims her authority from the core of the Hetero Tower, hence the L1C. She isn't 1C because she's not on the level of Lee or Projection.

Ishmael still have it for similar reason and the text regarding higher dimensional entities that is justified for immeasurable rating would scale to Luna as she—again—scales to the gate at the top of Hetero Tower.
At worst, you can say Ishmael scales to higher level of temporal axis to Luna in terms of speed and so.
