Inconclusive. The Angler's method of attack doesn't work on Rush due to inorganic physiology while Rush can't hurt the Angler due to intangibility.

Hold it! This is technically a stomp due to Angler's duplication would eventually create Chainsmoker, who would use it's fear manipulation to give RUSH a shit ton of phobias, ultimately would likely make RUSH self-BFR.

Chainsmoker can give people irrational Arachnophobia, Cleithrophobia, Astrophobia, Erythrophobia, Cherophobia, Dystychiphobia, Capnophobia and Ommetaphobia scaling to Paranoia's Box as their fear manipulation is implied to come from the same place. Half of these phobias would make it basically impossible for RUSH to do anything without scaring the shit out of itself, especially when some of those phobias are things like eye contact and smoke

unless RUSH can do something against Angler duplicating, i think this is a solid win for Angler.
