Well they're definitely not outskilling GoH high tiers that's for sure, so I'm not worried about that specifically.
More whether the Bleach characters hax can make up for their lack of skill. But that depends on individual match ups ig.

Well GoH is a relatively strong verse and so is Bleach. Thing is that the more haxxed a verse is the bigger the chances are that vs threads will end up "stomp or be stomped".Starting to think my goats are washed
It's generally why I hate match ups for Mori's final key and far prefer ones for his earlier. Something like "2C Mori vs 2C Yhwach" would be horrendously boring

Unless stated explicitly, the assumption will always be the minimum for that tier. For the profile, my guess would be that it's either Ichigo running around Karakura Town during his match with Uryu or just a bunch of downscaling.

Lille's greatest feat is overcoming Shikai Shunsui, a feat he achieves thanks to his ability to transform himself into something else. I rank Zaraki above Shikai Shunsui.
Even if you weren't going to do that from the first movie onward, Zaraki becomes Shikai Shunsui after his final battle with Unohana.
He also scales with Shikai Zaraki without an eyepatch in terms of reiatsu.

Gerard is millions of times stronger but lille's hax would make evade gerard attacks and instantly destroy his core with his durability negation shots. So Gerard is stronger but Lille barro would win in a fight based off hax and Gerard weaknesses.
Off-topic but I find that a lot of people especially bleach fans offsite can't distinguish the difference between who wins in a fight and who is stronger. If they could they would understand Power scaling much more easily.

Lille isn't going to be get Gerard in his core at base too. Cause it's harder to hit his heart while he is moving and Gerard would most likely dominate him in CQC too or pop voltstanding (5C boost) and drag his ass.

I personally believe Gremmy’s upgrade just upscales the SS and Jugram. I think Gremmy’s not stronger than any of the SS members. Can he beat some of them with hax like throwing them in space? Sure, but I don’t think he has higher reiatsu. But that’s just me personally.
I have Gremmy as the 7th or 8th strongest Sternritter next to Royd, followed by Ayon Amped Quilge, Bazz B or Nianzol. Bazz B has the feats but Nianzol was chosen as worthy of coming to the SK’s Palace with the SS and Jugram while Bazz B wasn’t, which Jugram was surprised about Bazz B not being chosen implying he’s not far from that level.

Pernida raised himself to the level of Eye Patch Zaraki. Gremmy was stronger than Zaraki's form. Zaraki used Shikai to defeat Gremmy. Pernida was stronger than Lille and Askin.
The reason Nianzol was taken to SK's Palace wasn't because of his power. He was taken because of his space bending hax.

Gremmy wasn’t stronger than Zaraki’s form!? What are you smoking? Kenpachi didn’t struggle against Gremmy. Zaraki used his Shikai to cut a meteor. Gremmy defeated himself by imagining having the same power as Shikai Kenpachi. Pernida defeated a nerf base Kenpachi in seconds. Pernida show to be stronger than Gremmy in seconds.
