yes, only limited to mathematics and physical dimensions, except Low 1-A, where you are beyond dimensions in quantitative sense

no, 1-A and above have BDE instead

Depends on how the verse works.

Each 1-A level has its own concept of Dimensionality. So it can have (only if clarified within the verse) its own concept of 3D that's qualitatively beyond all non 1-A dimensions, and there can be a 4D struture applying to that very notion of 1-A too, thus being beyond 3D.

Becusse 1-A is not simply about being of a Non-Dimensional nature or beyond dimensional nature, but something that's ontologically more "real" than conventional/baseline reality. Its beyond dimensional nature is simply a by product of that as it's beyond any less real dimensions, regardless of amount.
