Alucard has thought based win conditions like crushing her with telekinesis or hypnotizing her, and can potentially even passively bring her down with his fear inducing SI. Contrast this with how Uta needs to actually move (albeit barely) to incap him and time after that to actually send him to Uta World. Once there, nothing stops him from enacting the prior wincons either. I'll go with Alucard here

I'm talking about in an actual battle (Vs Anderson, Walter, Alhambra, etc)
