Actually where does the Reactive Power Level come from? Compass Needle's description in his P&A doesn't seem to indicate that he grows in strength just by throwing hands unless I missed something.

Tbf all their lifting strength values are straight dog shit while Kaneki has RE AD
Also the BFR win con wouldn’t kick in until Muzan is desperate enough to leave him to die there. Until then, they’re all throwing hands there.

I mean, he can just prevent the forced sleep by either killing enmu or ignoring him. And if he does get put to sleep, you could just argue he's smart enough to figure out its a dream and fast enough to off himself to wake up.

Issue is that Kokushibo, Bloodlusted Doma, Akaza and maybe Zohakuten will pull up and jump him, with additionally better ap
So theres a chance that Enmu can survive just enough to simply sleep manip and if Kaneki can resist and get out, hes still getting his shit rocked as it happens
Muzan knows he's the king of ghouls so I dont think he's gonna make the uppermoons stand around if Kaneki's asleep

All I did was use the same exact conditions the last match had. His high end scalings for RE aren’t even restricted either

Only way Kaneki can get out of Sleep Manipulation is killing himself in the dream. Kaneki's real body is completely paralyzed due to his mind and body being separated from one another. Enmu can also do this funny thing where he can just not use Sleep Manipulation and Kaneki kills himself while awake.
