Speed is equalized.
Izuku starts in 100% of his final key, Kafka starts out in his Evolved state.
Both at High 6-A.
Distance is 500 meters.
Location is an abandonded metropolis with no people.

Izuku Midoriya: 5

Better DB potential than Miles vs. Izuku ever had:
-Both start out as 'losers' who wanted to be a hero and save people only to find out neither have the potential
-Both gain mysterious powers they have to keep secret from others via consuming something
-Both carry the will of the heroes of old
-Both have insane power, shockwaves, range ect.
-Both seem to have dura neg
 
So right off the bat, both faux 100% and gear shift are restricted due to speed equalization. What can kafka do against base Fa Jin
 
What? I'm pretty sure Speed Amps were always a thing that could be used in a speed equalized matches, it's just that if Deku wins off of it, it can't be added to the profiles.
 
There's...nothing stopping Deku from auto winning via blitz amps. It's not restricted...Speed equalized doesn't stop Deku from doing that? Deku can freely use Fa Jin and Gearshift how he wants.
 
Deku is allowed to use blitz amps. The only thing that happens is that the match can't be added if he does.
 
Resurrection + Incorporeality with tons of Immortality types embedded in it, do I even have to say anything? Someone cooked with that Kafka profile, most of those abilities literally amplify him so much to the point he arguably could be Tier 5 which is a stomp in itself already. Not to mention if speed is unequalized, Kafka has better advantages (8.4c compared to Deku which is baseline at most). Voting Kafka.

Any speed equalized match, in which a major reason a character loses is due to having a disadvantage against some speed value they usually wouldn't have a disadvantage against, may not be added to profiles. ~ Versus Thread Rules

Deku's win con is to completely obliterate kafka's body considering his durability is 646 Petatons Vs Deku's 12.54 exatons or destroy Kafka's soul

Accelerated development + stats amplification, damage boost, forcefield creation with damage reduction.. Yeah I'm not seeing it

You do know the resurrection and the incorporeality part is when his core gets obliterated right? He could just resurrect, Deku genuinely can't do anything against his immortality type 8..

You don't need immo/resurrect negation to destroy someone past their ability to regenerate. If a guy with Mid Regen gets turned into a bloody puddle by an attack, then that guy with Mid Regen dies. That's it.
