-They start 300 meters from each other in a random location in New York, out of each other's sight.
-The only thing they know about each other is that they are facing a dangerous killer.
-Kirell is restricted to Transonic reaction speed.

-Kirell scale to baseline wall level (15kj) while Dexter scale to (31kj)
-In LS, Dexter scales to class 1 while Kirell scales to class 25

That LS difference is kinda crazy here- He could lit pull apart Dexter by accident... Not to mention Kirell's reaction speed is 68x faster than both their equalized combat speed... Dexter is cooked here

Looking at Kirell's abilities and skills... Why does this feel stompish...

I get that they start away from each other... But even then.. these factors just make the match seem weird.

I restricted Kirell's to Transonic so that Dexter actually has the reaction speed advantage here.
And Kirell is not someone that would go for the grab, the only instanse of her fighting in close combat was when she was protecting either Balaam's or Argo's back mainly by keeping undead at bay with a pipe. Normally she just stick to her gun.

Dexter is also given a gun to match Kirell's on top of a AP advantage.

Looking at Kirell's abilities and skills... Why does this feel stompish...

The only thing she has in her alive key is her info analysis, her Extrasensory Perception, weapon mastery and ok stealth mastery.

Also Dexter have martial art, drugs, better endurance and is overall smarter so it's likely not a stomp for either side

I think Dexter has the advantage here, he has a cool Stealth and with his drug he would only need to hit her once and it's game over, but I'll wait for other arguments before voting.

I might add that Dexter's stealth is countered by Kirell's ability to sense danger than she isn't even aware of.
