Good job but I have a few suggestions. Healing from painkillers should be Mid-Low at best. Cash should have Enhanced Senses thanks to being able to see very well in the dark which he uses to his advantage by hiding in dark places that enemies cannot see. He's also rumored to be an ex-SF (Special Forces) to add to his skill and reputation (this dialogue came from a member of the Wardogs who was also ex-SF so it's reliable info).
By the way, it would be nice if you could work on an overhaul for the protagonist(s) of Manhunt 2 as well. Leo would have to be deleted since he and Daniel currently have separate profiles despite the plot twist of the game.

You should probably ask someone to calculate the brick wall destruction for a precise AP value. Get a scan of Cash withstanding the explosion to prove that he scales.

Now that I think about it again, Cash withstanding the explosion might be an outlier. If he really scales to it in terms of AP then why would he need it to destroy the wall?

It is easier to destroy a wall with an explosion, than punch it.

Btw, what you think on him scaling to GTA characters?
 
I guess we'll just have to see what the mods think.

Why would he scale? He never even met or fought anyone from GTA.

But does not like he shares somes weapons with GTA cast. And CCPD probably can be compared to GTA Swat

I am definitely in favor of improving the profile, but where does the classification for 9-B come from?

Sorry for a late answer, but it goes from being able to tank a canister explosion, which destroyed a wall, and being able to kill those who can harm him

Wait, isn't he taking too much damage to scale that to his Durability/AP? It sounds more like it would end up counting toward Stamina if he’s reduced to 75% of his health
 
Yeah, I think he can downscale, giving how it instantly disintegrates a wall
 
I realized that hitting vital spots via weapons doesn't qualify for pressure points
