So like let's just say fir simplicity that 2 characters have the same # of layers for the sake of the example, but anyways, the opposing opposite us just regular information type 2. Would smt beat that despite being equal layers because of its feats of more fundamental than concepts? Im sorry if I asked this in poor phrasing

No, because SMT info 2 also have concept, which mean info 2 attack gonna includes concept attack too, unles the opps have concept resistance, or else while the opps resist the info 2, he still get hit by the concept aspect attack
