My exams are coming up and I have some work to do.
I don't know if I should try another big Star Wars CRT or leave it for later.
I wanted to do the cosmology one, but I need more scans about realspace and hyperspace (especially 3-D size, if anyone has scans, send them to me in DM)
I also wanted to separate the Legends canon, I saw that some time ago someone started to make the Legends back page but never finished it.
But the one above, besides being a lot of work, because it involves changing a lot of profiles (although it would just be copying the Legends information and putting it on another created page), I don't even know what to do about the weapons and technologies.
Most of them don't have a taber or " | " division of canon and Legends like the Lightsaber page. Bruh.

I was wanting to redo Maul vs Guts, but I don't know if I should just ask for the match to be remade or if I should do a rematch. Because to me it looks like a stomp.

Getting back into Star Wars after some years and the current canon profiles have been 8-A for a while
I've seen people talk about how crazy powerful some of the strongest characters are even in this continuity. Was all that just powerscaling brainrot? Or does it not reflect here because of how VSBW Star Wars is severely outdated and in need of elaboration?

Probably a mix of both. Characters like Sidious should be significantly above Vader who he is currently scaled to 8-A off of.
However there tends to be a lot of overblown feats that get tossed around to highball characters as well. Common one these days is Vader tanking a flash from a big Kyber crystal that some people like to try to use to get him scaling to the Death Star, despite the fact we have no idea how much power was put into that flash (even a regular imperial technician standing nearby wasn’t disintegrated), especially since it didn’t have all the machinery of the Death Star.
The really outdated profiles are the Legends ones, where pretty much everyone is scaled to debunked feats.

Sure why not
I saw folks who genuinely believe Dsiney Vader scales to the Death Star via the A New Hope statement or scans of him described as the Empire's strongest weapon. Or Kylo scaling to Starkiller base because of a similar statement.
It's brainrot. But I do think Canon Force Users are a lot stronger than 8-A, the high republic has that one meteor feat that I've seen get to 6-A or even 5-C. Vader has tons of feats from the comics that could get him higher as well.

This has been accepted, Low 7-C Vader. The blog that @Dragonite007 made has not yet been accepted, but now that the main calculation is correct, there is a chance that his calculation will be as well.
I'll warn you now that I can't apply this kind of thing, I don't understand the scale chain (whether it's the Force or not) and I don't even know if this applies to physics or not, or if the lightsaber is adapted to this or not, etc.
I'll leave this to those who understand more.

The events of Rebels are still ongoing during that time, and the start of the show is concurrent with the beginning of "prime" Darth Vader
Ahsoka fought Vader during 3 BBY. Unless Vader goes through some implied power increase between 3 BBY and 2 BBY, there should be scaling

The new canon cosmology update implies an increase in the range of Force Sense given that Ahsoka and Maul could sense Anakin's fall in real space from Hyperspace

I’d honestly support that. As they are, they are all completely worthless.
Would prefer just rebuilding them from the ground up rather than making a million crts.

If Disney didn’t do the whole canon split, we will been able to do the EU stuff, but since it is practically thrown out the window, the best we getting is nuking the Legend profiles, saved the profiles in archived form, and then update it from there.
Also this Legend only profile kinda deserves a revamp as well.

None of the abilities have justifications, the AP/SS/Durability values are all exaggerated by a factor of several trillion, the speed rating distinguishes a relativistic reaction for combat speed separate from its FTL calc arbitrarily, and its second of two keys is completely non-canonical which the profile itself admits. And of course half of its calcs are offsite.

Even so, even though it is very disorganized and some things are very outdated.
There is still a lot of content to store in the sandbox, etc.
The calculations, profile information, tier 1 cosmological information, etc.
I don't think the other supporters and staff would support this.
Especially if they realize that the entire canon is being updated by basically one user. They would probably say that it would be possible to update Legends without having to be remade from scratch because there are many more supporters available.
I think you can use a counterargument about the supporters thing, that even if there are more supporters, there are decades of content.
But I think that's for you Legends supporters to decide whether to do it or not. I'm not going to get involved in that.
