Well on the metabolism part, im sure it can be calculated, but that wont be applicable for AP or durability, just maybe so poison resistence.
depicted on the video :
if the timeframe is short enough, the very act of drinking can be calculated, im not entirely sure of the validity of this but yeah;
the guy says it holds 400 000 gallons, so that is 1514.16471 cubic meters (seems way bigger than in the video?)
lets say the surface area is 8 square centimeter, or 0.0008 square meters.
mass flow rate : volume/time, time is like 2.5 seconds
1514.16471/2.5 = 605.665884 cubic meter per seconds
speed : mass flow rate/surface area (that is traversed)
605.665884/0.0008 = 757082.355 m/s
density of vodka : 920 kg/m^3
514.16471 * 920 = 473031.5332 kg
757082.355^2 * 473031.5332 * 1/2 = 3.9922451e+17 joules, City level
the value is absurdly high, maybe cuz the scenario is unrealistic
your version :
you say 1 to 24 hours, ill do 12 hours (43200 sec)
1514.16471/(43200) = 0.03505010903 m^3/s
0.03505010903/0.0008 = 43.81263629 m/s
43.81263629^2 * 473031.5332 * 1/2 = 454003153.569 joules, timeframe is long so we need to take that into account
454003153.569/43200 = 10509.33226 watts, same value in joules in one second, Street+ of possibly applicable AP in combat
which seems fair
