There are some i enjoy but as someone who loves romance anime I dont think id put any true harems in my top 10. Generally feel they are lower quailty or harem endings are an easy out for the author. There are expections but they are far and few between.

If you’re after a romantic story where the main character picks just one love interest and you want to know who he would choose, who he loves most, then yeah, in that category.

It depends if the anime is set in a fantasy world where polygamy is normal and the real world where its main focus is a harem ending from the start then no. But if it’s a real-world setting where the MC ends up in a relationship at the end of the series, then it’s 50/50.

Nope, am more of an anime watcher, and multiple routes aren’t for me. Basically, I would just search how to get the harem ending. I always hate it, makes me unhappy when MC chooses one girl. What is your fav anime? As in the one you love most, could be an anime, manga, light novel, visual novel, etc.

Personally, while I am at times curious of how polyamory and polygamy work and whether I would ever try that sort of relationship (between either a group of 4 people consisting of 2 cis or trans males and 2 cis or trans females including myself or 4 genderfluid nonbinary peeps including myself), I'd agree with Ebihara when it comes to preferring/settling on monogamy as my main desired type/form of relationship, mostly cause it just feels like it's the most sustainable/easy-to-maintain type/form of relationship, though it does depend on a lot of stuff like culture and individual desire and whatnot.
