Doubt he'd gonna dodge for long, at some point they'll get a hit. His Danmaku isn't a problem. Fully functioning clones? When did he do that.

Show me how this version of Mark and Allen can withstand 30-50 centimeter diameter wounds through their bodies? Because if they can't, you can sing gabella to them.

Prove it. There is a huge gap in skills between them. Kaneki is capable of fighting several opponents at once comparable to him in speed, has an instinctive reaction, scales higher than Yoshimura, who fights 3-5 high-class veterans, each of whom is comparable to ghouls, who can kill 100 investigators, including 34 Special Class Investigators. Kaneki is at the level of Arima and was able to surpass him, and Arima in turn destroyed Shachi, who is an experienced martial artist who uses combat predictions and reads opponents. Kaneki is in a different league in skills from them.

A dubious claim that you will have to prove. Mark and Allen have never encountered anything of this level. They will have to simultaneously fight off tentacles flying from all directions and the quinque of an experienced swordsman. And this with alternating kagune traps, shock waves.

Kaneki actively uses and copies new abilities in deadly fights, so he has no reason not to use his full potential

Allen was alive after his limbs were destroyed and skin. Mark can survive several broken bones. And to even do this them you'd have to be stronger, Kaneki is not.

Already went over this, all this needs to be concretely explained to demonstrate the scale. Like cool, Mark can also fight highly trained people like the viltrumite soldiers who have thousands of years of experience, he can fight numerous criminals with different abilities. None of it means much here.

His danmaku is basic, you'd have to prove its something impressive. It has at most like 10 projectiles, that isn't even standard for danmaku, it doesn't have a complex pattern, and it can just be knocked away. Kaneki's quinque isn't long enough to reach them in the air. I would like to see Kaneki's kagune reaching hundreds of meters though. And his kagune traps can't be placed in the air either. Shockwaves just get tanked or dodged.

Also, this match sounds like you heavily think Kaneki outclasses them, why not find characters more relative to Kaneki and who have multiple win cons.

Kagune has a special sharpness and has a limited contact area. Kaneki does this.

A thousand years of experience is nothing when all you need is to use your powers carelessly.
Conquest is the most experienced of the Viltrumites, but let's face it, his combat skills suck.

These two have plenty of wincons. I'm only responding to you because you're writing as if there's no skill gap between them when there clearly isn't
 
Can this even be added ? Allen and Mark in those keys have only interacted once and it was fighting each other rather than teaming up
 
Since Kaneki has Enhanced Analytical Prediction, I don't think Mark and Allen can even touch him. Also, in terms of AP and LS, Kaneki is ahead, so I'm going to vote for Kaneki.
