why?
Doom is one of the FF characters who just scales to the other mid-high tiers of the verse.
Doom being tiers slower than Captain Marvel doesn't make too much sense.

I'm just using her as a post bc if we downgrade Doom, someone like Captain Marvel would be able to blitz him out of the water, which doesn't feel consistent for Doom, who has C/R feats comparable to mid/high tiers.

Doom would still scale higher than Captain Marvel because of magic which is why he has a tier for it (His speed goes up to infinite with magic). But as I said there is not really any reason to scale Doom with Captain Marvel.

I was using her as an example because i didn't see the "with magic" portion on his profile.
The example being Doom shouldn't fall with the FF because he's at least a character who can contend with mid-tiers.

Another thing I wanna mention is that Reed's lifting strength is kinda disgustingly downplayed.
For reference, this is lower than where Daredevil scales and is the same level as non-superhumans like Punisher. Reed repeatedly restrains Thing and his skin is outright stated by Ben to be unable to be damaged regardless of how much he's squeezed or squished, plus he's accepted as having 5-B durability against blunt hits, so I don't really see why he shouldn't have Class G lifting strength while stretched.

I feel like his AP is downgraded too, he's fought Doom evenly on multiple occasions, particularly the 2015 Secret Wars finale.

It's not downplayed, just outdated. There's a difference.
There's no reason to bring up DD/Punisher scaling, lmao.
Scaling from the Thing seems fine.

Outdated doesn't always mean wrong. It is outdated, and therefore is now downplayed.
Why not? When the 8-C superhuman character has less lifting strength than the 9-B+ peak human characters, that is indeed a problem and something that should be looked at.
