I believe the way the characters are scaled to each other is different, which is why the Ap is different as well.

Might be incon since even with the AP gap and speed being so negligible. The kamehameha amp for manga should be applicable to toei as well, I don't know why the changes for the kamehameha CRT wasn't applied to toei anime as well

Both profiles are outdated, the Manga has the same speed scaling (literally uses the same calc, the old 0.09c one is wrong), and the Anime also has the several times statement for Piccolo, making them even (just wasn’t properly implemented)

Manga is stronger but Toei is more skilled and experienced due to doing the same adventure but longer and with onscreen training that we can say is more impressive than Manga's offscreen stuff (like weird time travel bs)

I might just give it to Toei off that, Saiyan AD means the AP gap probably doesn't really matter that much and he has experience fighting an exact clone of himself unlike his manga counterpart; he'll be able to just counter anything he tries against himself which will help mitigate the AP gap
