TL;DR he lost the unconditional copy of cursed speech when he lost Cursed Spirit Rika Orimoto at the end of JJK0
He then fulfilled his new Copy conditions when he got back to Japan after Shibuya by eating whatever was left of Inumaki's arm before entering the Culling Games.

1.) For setups Kenjaku execution
2.) To remove both Maki and Ino from the domain (two times)

How does that support it if Yuta came before Maki and Ino teleportation?

Because we didn't know if Yuta was transported by Todo
But we know he used his technique thrice before his fight with sukuna
And we know he also transported two targets and swapped Yuta for the Kenjaku execution
If three cases of jujustu usage has been used that means Todo didn't transport Yuta
Which means either UI UI transported him there (his range allows it) or Yuta ran there himself

Lot of speculation and you are making a big assumption that Toge picked up his hand which should be in pieces and ran to Shoko. We are talking about Cleave not dismantle.

Funny thing is my CRT is accepted. I'm trying to find some free time so that I can apply all that to a sandbox Alongside his AP, speed stuff. Because currently his AP is not seperated with Cleave, DE. So give me some time. Will fix all of this

I'm more saying that his method of singling people out through touch is the means he has of singling people out of his domain expansion. I do believe the narration for when he and Sukuna have their clashes points out that Unlimited Void naturally targets everything inside the domain (including Gojo himself), it is Sukuna's techinque that targets everything but himself. While Gojo might not be able to determine who touching him isn't affected, I think the fact that that is the only condition which someone wouldn't be affected by his domain supports that being part of how Gojo created the conditions for his domain.

Where Yuta can choose to single out people to affect, Gojo can only single out people to not affect essentially.

He ought to transform to the original body but says no anyway? Yes I know toji's body doesnt require CE to maintain but still, the caster is dead, CT are bound to end
The point im trying to make is just calling this possesion is not enough to describe it, the whole transformation thing
Also is toji still take over that body even in death? Cant remember

Transformation happened because of Ogami CT not because of Toji.

When was it stated that Toji's body is stopping the transformation? CT was active until the target is alive as far as I remember still. That's only physical* information which was summoned not soul.
 
Shouldn’t Maki just scale to Mach 3 Naoya?
I also got a calc for this but I have to get it accepted.
