Which type of concepts are phenomenon like space, time, progression, regression if they are not explicitly mentioned as concept?
And what if they existed in a world before creation of realities where it's impossible for these to function normally as how it is?

Would establishing proper meaning of these count as CM or Concept creation?

At best type 2 or less, DBH have problem to make the incantation of time fall as CM, so is hard without actual statement
