Thunderbolts* Spoiler Discussion Thread

If I were to give someone an infinite loop dream, would I also be H3-A? That would be rather illogical. H3-A is a character that can create or destroy an infinite number 3D objects or infinite mass And such a statement is more like an allegory because there is no proof or actual scene that dimension is truly has infinite space

It’s not endless looping dream lol they are actual physical rooms and everything created there is real and there are an endless amount of them

Because nobody has bothered trying to upgrade those characters? The universe is called endless/infinite like 3 or 4 times

Also unproven ? how do you want them to prove it they can’t show infinite or endless rooms on screen that’s physically impossible
 
So does him creating a time dilation give him any new abilities? What would that fall under would that be space time manipulation or something?

Also I remember the director compared sentry to the infinity stones

Apparently the time it took for the thunderbolts to beat void was only like 1 second in void space which explains why he didn’t get a chance to cover the world

The amount of time "They shared skittles" is said made me think this was a shitpost

Also, while we knew that Toni was young as hell, her being nine during the Black Widow flashback means that was 17 during Black Widow (Which takes place during 2016) and 28 (During Thunderbolts* assuming she wasn't blipped). Kind of makes the whole skittle thing and the dynamic between her the rest of the Thunderbolts* makes you realize that she's kind of still a child (Afterall, out of all the widows, she had it worst with how little control over her life she had. She was practically a machine) and basically got stuck killing people for a living because her body was too ****** up for her to anything else in life. Ava going from a older sister figure to her killer/looter is kind of crazy to think about
 
MCU Taskmaster is a rather peculiar blank slate of a character, where she was silent and brainwashed for most of her screentime, then only got like two lines and barely a couple minutes across her remaining appearances after the brainwashing was removed. They could've done basically anything with the character, but decided to remove her from the equation entirely, which seems like an odd move after Natasha had that whole arc of getting to save her.

Well, I suppose the "what could have been" with Taskmaster at least opens up another potential episode idea if What If? ever returns...
 
I recently finished watching the movie and I really liked it, imo it's the best MCU product Post-Endgame along with GotG Vol. 3. I liked all the members of the Thunderbolts, especially Yelena, and Sentry was very cool and his fight against them too. Regarding his profile, I think he could be "At least 5-C, possibly 4-B" based on the statement about a thousand exploding suns (1000 Foe) and using the statements about him being superior to all the Avengers (including Thor and Captain Marvel) as support, but that's just me

This. Honestly, aside from maybe displaying more hax, I didn't expect more than what he showed in terms of raw power since the sole thing he had against him was a vastly and completely underpowered group. Of course he's not going to use his full power, especially since he's barely started to use them counsciously some hours ago (ok maybe a day ago at most) and doesn't want to kill them

the director flat out admitted they wanted a street tier films and by their words could’ve done it much bigger scale but chose not to do it as they wanted it grounded and focus on the thunderbolts

So his feats were cooked from the beginning

Statements wise, Bob's stacked. Aside from the whole "Stronger than the Avengers rolled into 1" and the "Power of 1000 Exploding Suns" he also has statements of wielding the power of Vision, Thor and Captain Marvel combined along with being the Strongest enemy in history.

I mean with that he should at least be like Small Star level off of Captain Marvel. If we take the strongest enemy in history thing he can make it anywhere from Universal since he'd be stronger than Infinity Stones Thanos to possibly even Multiversal since he'd be stronger than Dormammu. I've been trying to see people's thoughts on this

We're not scaling Sentry past Tier 5/4 without a better showing or statement. Low 1-C based off Ultron doesnt even work, because the Watcher's statement has him looking into every potential future and still thinks Ultron is worse than everyone else.

Like to scale Sentry this high without evidence is cope/jerking him massively.

Just use the strongest avenger part he has multiple statements of being above all the avengers
 
Yeah, I don't think scaling Sentry above every previous enemy would get accepted, considering it's not like we scale Thanos above Dormammu for being referred to by Kevin Feige as "the biggest and baddest villain in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.”

I mean so far day after day we get brand new statements saying stronger then the avengers he has 0 anti feats and the statements just keep adding up so I see no reason why we can’t accept them

I disagree with trying to get Universal Sentry based on his Void hax. Even if you made the most wanked interpretation such as "he has infinite rooms in the void for each person, therefore the void has infinite matter which is High 3-A", there is no evidence at all that supports that. That's literally just grasping at straws lol

Because he currently has no feats for it. Its why we don't make Namor a solid rating for the Hulk statement.

Namor is flat out stated by WoG to be stronger then hulk and has feats hulk doesn’t like breaking vibranium level Jabari wood sentry has numerous statements of his tier
