I've read his physiology blogs several times, that's what I always do first before replying to matchups. The only NPI that is mentioned there is soul (and probably intangibility), while in this case he needs to interact with AE on CM1, Law and Info type 2 at the same time

You missed the point.
NPI requires feats of interacting with each aspect.
Someone who can interact with souls is not assumed to be able to interact with other metaphysical aspects without further proof.

So? They can interact with memory AE (probably an IM2 but okay), that doesn't help him. He needs all 3. The AE page directly states that it needs to be directly specified what can a character interact with. He needs to have CM1, Law manip and IM2 to interact with Rimuru, your point?

If you read the thread, you will see that's never been claimed, the issue is Yhwach can't interact with Rimuru's soul or abilities, making him to turn into a Spiritual lifeform completely unavoidable.
