I think Saitama can perform one of those sneeze attacks to completely destroy Pernida. Considering Pernida's regen factor is actually 2 levels lower than Boros

Boros has mid-high regen while Pernida only has High-Mid
High-Mid < Low-High < Mid-High

Well, Boros died because he used all of his energy to perform the Collapsing Star Roaring Cannon (which Saitama reflected back at him), so he didn't have any energy left to regenerate.
Granted, I'm not really sure why Pernida's regeneration is rated a lot lower than Boros's since they seem pretty similar even accounting for Boros's regeneration canonically being better than Melzalgald's.

If Saitama starts with his massive aoe strike, he could vaporised Pernida on the get go but that depends if he's willing as first move

Oh wait, Natural Evil Ocean has higher regen than Pernida and Saitama was able to completely wiped him out in a single (serious) punch

I don't think there was a time where Saitama killed anything that has regeneration close to what Pernida has. The only he did was Boros, and that was because of Boros using up all of his energy. Also, if the manga follows the webcomic, Boros is still, kind of, alive thanks to Metal Knight.

It's pretty fast.
They just... do. Whenever he touches something, his nerves just go into them and he can control them (this includes solid rock and liquids too, not just organic stuff).

Should he be connected to the nerves, does it instantly copy the moment nerves touch, is it evolves to their level or higher etc.
Not what i meant. Can it enter from any location? does it cut a part of the body and enter, or open parts like ear, mouth etc.

It's kind of in-between. Pernida copies the opponents's information and structure as soon as its nerves touches them, but sometimes it doesn't evolve immediately if it doesn't want/need to.
I know what you meant, and the answer is no. It just... enters the body somehow.

So it won't take Saitama milliseconds until he reaches one shot + blitz value even if it were to copy?
I had assumed it was like that because of the fight between him and kenpachi in the anime, it entered via slicing a little through the arm. That he shoots it's nerves into the enemy. It was also visible in the manga many times, no?

Bro i was about to say because the way high mid regeneration was being treated here for some reason I was gonna use a random demon slayer demon with high mid regen and dura neg hax against Saitama in a match.

? Saitama blew a city block sized hole into a giant monster that is stronger and more durable than Pernida. Unless Pernida is larger than a city block and has more durability (he doesn't) his entire body is getting vaporized.

That depends on the BFR.
Well, Saitama already starts at one-shot value, but yeah, that's the case.
He doesn't actually slice his arm there (if you slow it down, you'll see there aren't any cuts). It just kind of sends its nerves into things.
But yes, the nerves are visible, but they are pretty hard to see.
To be fair, Pernida does duplicate itself whenever it regenerates, which is why parts of surviving would be a problem for Saitama.

It's not. Saitama has extreme internal durability and body control, can handle his regen, has RE that will cease the enemy's options. His limiter/willpower based abilities can't be copied.

I'll be honest, I have no idea if this a stomp or not. It certainly is a mess, though.
It doesn't help that both Bleach and One-Punch Man profiles are outdated right now.

Even if you completely change biologically, you retain the limiter.

Saitama has good eyes. (Can see you clearly from continent level distances, Superior to Garou who could see the location they were once in the Earth from Jupiter's moon IO)
