Pernida vs Saitama (9-4-1)

What's stopping Pernida from turning Saitama into a meatball with his durability negation from a distance?

Saitama can resist biological manipulation. At least cellular level iirc.
This?
Biological Manipulation & Transformation via Body Control (Those with abnormally strong willpower who have also been Monsterized are able to turn themselves back into humans at will)
It says it's a limited resistance so I'm not sure how much help it will be, and going by the image linked, I'm not sure why it'd do anything to prevent him from having his body pulled apart or compressed into a meatball.

Yeh I feel like having your cells changed is different then having them completely destroyed but idk.
Durability Negation & Biological Manipulation (Pernida's nerves can invade the bodies of others to control their movements[2] and forcibly compressing their bodies into compact balls[3] or badly warp their bodies[4]. If Its nerves manage to completely invade Its opponent's body, Pernida can near instantly tear them to ribbons[5])
I don't think it talks about destruction like that.

Saitama wouldn't get atomized btw. Atomization works via gravitational force. So Saitama completely resists it.

This ability doesn't do anything to him.

Technically a normal fear resist is enough but Saitama doesn't have it
Is that fear manipulation though? They decide who's a small fry based on it from what i see, which means it shouldn't be fear manipulation since it's based on the level of strength, no?

Does it work for stronger opponents?

Well every shinigami in bleach has fear manip and can resist each other fear hax. If one shinigami is vastly more powerful however, they could effect the weaker ones with fear manip

Fear manipulation isn't based on strength though.

Is there a scene they scare someone stronger than them via that ability?

No but fear manip by default effects anyone who dont have resists to it
This can apply to literally any moment someone is scared though. As long as it's not shown that it scares someone vastly stronger, or it should have good statements for it.

Well it's what accepted on the profiles I mentioned. If you wanna say it's only social influencing, you can make a CRT about it

The ability is listed as fear inducement, not social influencing, so no, it doesn't.
...What? I'm not saying it's not listed like that there. I'm saying the current reasoning seems wrong, that's why i asked lmao.

Fear hax discussion and the match says Pernida </3
Technically Pernida could manually emit fear hax since he copied Kenpachi's powers via power mimicry
