I assume Asa would have her gun goddess. Not sure about the rest. Its long range isn't mentioned in the profile but it is long enough to have the sba be 4km or something.
What is the likelihood that Asa would just change W into a weapon?

Not too sure, she usually hasn't made people into weapons except a couple times. If she feels he's powerful and can do so she might.

Asa has to be very careful of Gold Xtreme's ability to instantaneously info analyse his enemies on the spot with just their thoughts.
Normally, Philip (the green half of W) can access the knowledge of the world via the Gaia Library, which holds every single piece of knowledge in the form of an endless number of bookshelves. Think being in Cosmos Fiend's library, but he can tap into it without going crazy and uttering Halloween 24/7. But he can't normally do this while in combat, and instead uses it to solve cases together with Shotaro.
This limitation does not exist the moment they fuse/transform into CycloneJokerXtreme Form, since they also become fused with the gaia library itself, allowing W to use its inner google to know everything about Asa down to the minute detail instantly just by seeing her. This means they'll know of her powers and that she's one tap away from defeat. Her backstory, her weaknesses, Yoru, etc.
Basically, W will go for a homing air slash the moment they lock eyes with Asa, and before she has any opportunity to try and turn W into her weapon.

Problem is, this isn't just normal Xtreme she's facing, it's Gold Xtreme, the one with the 7-A rating. Anything that isn't the Gun Goddess gets cut through in its path. Don't think you can really slice or interact with the air slash without an appropriate NPI.

If this is true then that means he wouldn't have full knowledge on Yoru and some of her devil stuff. I also think its more likely that this is only on earth and not the entire world cause he'd have omnipotence otherwise.

Anyways I dont think it really matters since theres nothing Asa can do here.

While technically that is true, W just wouldn't know what Yoru or the devils are, but they'd still know how it works. Quick example would be if W fights against Gojo and analyses him. W wouldn't know what Infinity is, but knows how it works so that they won't just attack willy nilly.

I'm mainly just asking out of curiosity, cause this match is a stomp. Yoru is only 7-A AP wise, her durability is lacking, she lacks any real strategy and just spams from a distance, she has no amps, she can't just turn anybody into a weapon either. I see no wincon for her here.
