I think it depends the effects it gives to the realms. Like if the realms was shown just shaking, it would be just multi solar like Senjumaru's bankai

But if it was shown to be cracking things like Goku and Beerus's clashes, it would qualify for AP

But if the universe was stated to be infinite in size, the first example would qualify as I remember
