Arc-Gurren Lagann potential 2-C upgrade?

So apparently this was in the audio commentary from the latest 4k release of the movies last year. I do not own a copy, this is my source. They're talking about Arc-Gurren Lagann's Space-Time Shattering Burst Spinning Punch.

If accepted this would buff Arc-Gurren Lagann to 2-C but only through its Space-Time Shattering Burst Spinning Punch.

Thoughts?

I agree (although I think a recording of the audio commentary would be preferable).
But I think it can be scaled to his AP, or at least his Giga Drill Breaker, being the move I use to overcome the Cathedral Terra punch instead of using the space-time punch (although in the manga he kicks to destroy the arm).

Would this also buff the giant ashtanga that blocked arc gurrens Lagann drill?

Cuz story wise it's heavily implied they needed super Galaxy Gurren Lagann to damage them.

Dang, I tried to see if I could get it in audio form but no dice. Sucks, unless someone else has the $150 movie releases, I suppose we're stuck.
