Well this will be very simple
924 ÷ 416 = 2.22(low end)
1,330 ÷ 408 = 3.25
Although we have to take something into account, Goku and Piccolo were tired and had less energy(Also Raditz said that Goku's power kept increasing And he had to dodge it ) so it would be an "at least" for both multipliers.
We could make a parallel between Goku tired and Goku with heavy clothes to have an approximation(This is just a suggestion, I guess if we want to do it without so many assumptions we should use the low end)
924 ÷ 334 = 2.76(high end)
