There are several showings in the Sailor Moon anime indicating that Sailor Moon risks overtaxing herself in battle and/or dying spontaneously when using the source of her powers, the Imperium Silver Crystal.
-Moon almost dies in the first season from using all the Silver Crystals power
-Moon nearly collapses after using so much power
-Queen Serenity (Sailor Moon's mother) died using all of its power (Which is referenced when Moon is about to die in the anime)
–The Silver Crystal outright shatters when Moon uses too much power to redirect the asteroid in the movie
Sure a fair amount of these are in the first-second arcs, but nothing ever contradicts this being impossible in later arcs. The fact that this could happen to Queen Serenity, whom Sailor Moon became equal to in her Eternal Sailor Moon state, suggests that this could remain a weakness for her no matter how strong she gets.
If this is added as a weakness, infinite stamina should go too. Honestly, the infinite stamina justifications for anime Sailor Moon are bad and unsourced anyways, so they should be removed even without the anti-feat.
