Regeneration question and assumptions

Hello.
i am wondering if it is sufficient proof of complete bodily destruction if one's death is preceded by the visual dissapearance of their body, without statement saying that absolutely all components making their body was destroyed in the process
so;
human exist -> human's body isnt visible anymore and he dies

or is a statement needed

If we're talking like vaporization, that can be visually depicted and used for regeneration. It's only for anything further than that that you'd need a statement. Since unless the author draws a zoom in showing atoms being destroyed, it wouldn't be visually depictable.

thanks.
additionally;
if a character, after being killed the way i described, comes back into life with a sort of ressurection (similar to video games) far away from the place he died, can we assume he respanws independetly from his body since he cannot come back from the mitosis of his cells or more fundamentel particules (since they are too far away that would be extremly improbably for them to float in space in the specific place he respawned), and so even if it was completely destroyed, he would still respawn (since it is independent of his body) ?

like in minecraft, steve has regeneration (mid) but also has ressurection, and the player can respawn even if his body is thounsands of blocks away, so it cannot be from the amalgation of other cells

thanks.

I mean, if a person randomly spawns somewhere far away from where they died, chances are they teleported (Unless explicitly stated otherwise). So there's no reason their remains wouldn't have been teleported to where they spawn. Otherwise you can stretch this logic to the logical extreme and say they should have Mid-Godly because their soul shouldn't follow them randomly.

i see, could we index it as a possibly if other things /context suggest the independence over their body?

i am only talking about the body
✌️

With sufficient context and evidence, it's easily arguable.
thanks 🤗
one last question, is a specific type of hax (regeneration) given when someone regenerate from the partial destruction of their body, and the complete destruction of several non physical and possibly metaphysical aspect ? since the regeneration page godly range seems to depend on their body first being completely destroyed, i find it kinda weird to ignore all these you know, or is it some sort of "partial" godly regeneration with ; Mid-High for the body, and godly/higher for other aspect that were completely destroyed

IIRC, the regeneration page states if they can regenerate their soul, but not their entire body, then give them the lowest regeneration possible for their feat, and note that they can also regenerate metaphysical aspects of themselves (Such as the soul).
