Even after all that revision/upgrade, Mori still loses to Dracula due to one measly overpowered hax even at Dracula's weakest key? Well that sucks.

I don't know, but basically you can't put him against any chaos creature, or anyone who has chaos magic.

I have changed Dracula to Julius instead, I hope the fight is more fair now.

Beyond the power null and statistics reduction from the vampire killer, nothing really in terms of passives. Julius does have soul hax from every hit and can negate immortality and regeneration so yeah.

Belmonts are more of a stone wall. The most important thing is soul hax and sealing.

Their layers are not mentioned, so I don't remember very well. But there are 3 layers of time stop (works against acausality type 4) and I don't know how many of soul hax and sealing, since it depends on Dracula.

In what situation of resistance would it be 720 layers of a ton of stuff because he entered the castle, faced and defeated the Dracula of 1999.

Vampire killer abilities like the power null and statistics reduction are the only passive abilities he has. Soul hax is done on hit and he’s got some item crashes here and there. Grand cross was able to affect far parts of the Castle itself, which is an alternate dimension.
