X axis is only infinite in attack speed. You can still aim dodge it + Granola has clones. Remember this fight they have prior knowledge of each other abilities

Physiology you mean layered intangible? Lille is at his base key which he doesn't have it. He only becomes intangible when he opens his second eye which he later closes it due to in character

I was asking which abilities that make Lille stomping? Pretty sure it wont effect that much considering even Saitama won against Askin and Askin is a quincy stronger than Lille Barro

Not exactly since both have prior knowledge of each other abilities. So they can simply hide and avoid each other shots via dodging or clones or second eye

Not a stomp as both have wincons as I explained above

Nothing Granolah has can interact with Lille once he opens his eyes, which he will do instantly knowing his opponent is literal infinites more powerful than him.

And opening his eyes three times is faster than Granolah covering the starting distance. If Lille doesn't get the knowledge, Granolah basically just has to breath real hard on his direction before Lille finally decides to open the eyes.

So yeah, mismatch. Closing.
