How does Kai fair against Amputate? Law is an expert Swordsman and has Martial Art skills so I think he can match Kai

Pretty sure Law has to touch/clash with Kai to hit him with that, and Kai can overpower him via superior AP

Kai has more intelligence than Law which can prove that he has more skills than law. Kai will find a way around the various shenanigans that law has to the point where Kai will eventually one shot him.

He can just.. exit. Nothing is stopping him from doing so.
Also, if Law wants to pop a big room, it's gonna take him a lot of stamina for him to keep that room active, reducing his effectiveness overtime.

He doesn't need to dodge Room and Kai entering it is not the issue. The real problem is that Law needs to spawn Room, then draw his sword and then make the Amputate slashes. Kai can run up to him while blasting a ranged attack
