Saitama vs Askin (12-6-0)

How strong is Askin's ability?

Able to drop down Ichigo despite Ichigo being multi galaxy in tier and having resists to poison

Bro barely took someone weaker than him seriously here
He didn't have anything to offer. Why would he care about his attack?

Tier is meaningless unless the verse has something that relates them etc.

I couldn't find his resistance to poison? what kind of resistance against poison?

Can't Saitama just knock him or defeat him n a single attack? What does he do against it?

Ichigo's resists to poison hax came from his physiology

Elaborate? Askin can also kill Saitama from Range via Gift Ball or Gift Bad
Then it's a tie I think... Now that i think about it, Saitama don't really attack first in character unlike Askin. Assuming speed is also equal, it just would make it worse for him.

Soo I suppose I'll go with Askin here?

This is a fight, Saitama would definitely make a move(considering equal speed etc). He just instantly punched Garou because he happened to run to him "kinda fast", and this wasn't even a fight yet.
Well pretty sure it's more potent than normal poison as it includes death hax
That doesn't affect the poison, this is like saying every poison that kills someone should get death manipulation. It doesn't make sense at all.

I think Askin can stall by running away, like he did against Grim and Ichigo. Considering Saitama's character, he would also chase Askin around
If that's the case, then Askin should take this via higher Intelligence and outsmarting just like what he did to Grimmjow, unless Saitama does the same thing in the Kai thread and shoot him from a range

I mean technically if you are fighting against Askin, his poison could also effect your Reishi

And Reishi = Soul

Yeah Im voting Askin since Saitama doesn't even throw shockwaves unless its in serious fights

"If you have heat resistance from surviving in the Sun, that only applies for the Sun, if you fall in lava you'll burn."
"If you get NPI by touching souls, you can't touch ghosts🤷‍♂️"

"If you have heat resistance from surviving in the Sun, that only applies for the Sun, if you fall in lava you'll burn."
Wrong comparison. More like "You survived Spiritual poison, now you have resistance to venom", "My existance is poisonious to you, you survived against me, now you have resistance against any deadly poison"

Imma wait for more arguments. This can go either way.
Yes, I know, he doesn't care about things, he cares about civilians as he saved the car with people inside while fighting Tatsumaki
I think Saitama and Askin go to a secluded place, similar to Saitama and Tatsumaki fight.

You guys gonna place your votes now? I'm going with Askin currently

I got Saitama winning this.

Saitama needs to punch once. Askin's win condition relies on Saitama not dodging the obvious ****ing aoe attack and getting hit by Gift Balls, which Saitama should comfortably dodge given his skill. Considering SBA, Saitama would just one shot Askin and go about his day, especially when they're in a crowded place which would make Saitama want to end the fight even quicker since there's people involved.

The location is giving an unfair advantage to one character, it should be changed to somewhere that isn't crowded.

Shouldn’t the votes be reset because of that? I saw this user say this so I’m not sure if votes should be reset every time the OP’s standard battle assumptions change or something else other than votes are changed

Locations already changed to no people (Z city)

Now that I can actually look at this match, Saitama slams, badly.

Askin's Gift Balls and Gift Bad respectively is a small ball of moving poison and a pool of poison that pretty much has all of his hax baked into it. In his profile, he has Expert Archery, so he should be able to hit Saitama, right?

No. Let me be the first to tell y'all he doesn't.

Bare minimum an unserious Saitama is able to match Awakened Garou in skil. By this point, Garou is a person who can instantly copy, mimic, and absorb techniques into his own fighting style, while deconstructing the fighting style of the person he is fighting against and use it against him. While serious, even though Garou was teleporting around the battlefield to try to hit Saitama, he couldn't. Current Key Saitama is even worse, since I'm assuming you're using Parallel Timeline Saitama. That Saitama copied ALL of Garou's Perfected Martial Arts and Saitama WILL use it if he's pissed enough.

Gift Bad is just an AOE puddle. It's not that hard to dodge.

I say it again, Askin's win conditions relies on Saitama not doing anything for the amount of time it takes Askin to develop a poison for Saitama, which I will admit is a feasible win condition considering that Saitama is known to not dodge hits. I just believe that Saitama one shots Askin more times than he just doesn't do anything and tries to no sell his Gift Ball and Gift Bad.

Have you checked Saitama's profile? Current Key (post balding) is not the parallel one. He doesn't have the time travel or attack reflection

If this is SBA, Saitama is already dedicated to the idea that be wants to win. So he will punch Askin at start of match from literally any distance he wants and one shot him instantly, no? Like he sees any attack coming at him, he punches at it and the shockwave destroys it and Askin.

Just a quick thing, Gift Bad is completely invisible unless Askin reveals it (Ichigo, Orihime, and Chad couldn't see it despite being able to see Soul Reapers and Hollows, which already have layered invisibility), so Saitama can't see it.

Now, Saitama will probably try to punch Askin immediately, but I don't he'll try lethal force against someone who seems human from his perspective.
