that calc seems to imply that one needs to vaporize the water to turn them into rain clouds which then floods the earth.

is the feat done through similar methods or just by producing the water

Actually, it's implied to be through the latter, so on second thought, another calc will likely have to be made/used.

i think the first part of the calc would suffice for creation
though most often flood are depicted like tsunami that would ravage things until they flood the entire earth which would have a separate calc

but if its like a flashflood of the water simply rising then creation of such amount would be enough

(they definitely should add multiple versions of flooding in common feats seeing how it can be done in many ways than just rain)

After reading through the feat again (it's been a while), all it really says is that the planet was flooded/sinked to the bottom of the ocean. So, after further thought, I think the calc linked above should be fine as a placeholder sort of value.

The main purpose of this CRT was to just replace the outdated calc/value for flooding the Earth anyways, the specifics of the feat can be tackled in a later CRT if needed.

Since this seems like an uncontroversial change, I'll apply the changes sometime in the next few days
