Funny thing I was planning on upgrading Ryoh range but forgot. His light magic definitely isn't just hundred of meters😭

Ryoh only chance is his Thirds?
Nah, again, All Might prefers just charging head on like a bull so it'll probably end up as a fight in close quarters. Ryoh also has his accelerated growth to help with overcoming the gap and avoiding attacks, as well as a much higher intelligence. His Thirds would be a massive help, but it's not enough to one shot All Might, just deal a great bit of damage. I think this can be quite a fair fight.

Well, how good is he at avoiding damage?

As you said, All Might's just going to run straight at him and try to charge through any of his attacks.

Well Ryoh is described as having no openings by Doom, as before he got good, Ryoh kept avoiding his attacks by jumping back while keeping the pressure on him. Even when Doom extended his range by swinging his sword by the very end of its handle, Ryoh could dodge it effortlessly without even having his uniform damaged. Not only that, but even after being struck by his own attack and bring grievously injured, he could still avoid Doom's relentless blows without getting hit, ducking under his sword thrust to counter with his light magic. I'd say all in all, he's pretty good at avoiding taking damage, and even if he does, he has the stamina to endure many life-threatening wounds. Along with that, wizards can cushion their bodies with pure magic to avoid fatal blows.

How does his 7.86 Exatons AP work? What kind of attack is it?

All his attacks are made of light. The one listed in OP he fires a giant ball of light, it burns on contact but cant find out anything more like if has a certain temp or not. But IIRC him using it is basically using all power he has, he only firing this off once and then if it doesnt end the fight he isnt fighting back much after.

Its his Thirds, his most powerful attack, and like most Thirds, its a last resort when things are dire.

He summons the giant deity, as shown in this (admittedly poor quality) image. Once summoned, it charges up and fires a massive ray of light. Ryoh's Thirds, when putting all of his magic into it, was so powerful that Doom had never seen such magic power before, and he had to jump to 80% just to destroy the attack.

All Might's AP/Dura is over 3x stronger than Ryoh, and his strongest attack wouldn't be enough to one shot, although it'll inflict severe damage.

However, Ryoh is far superior in terms of mobility. He can avoid All Might's straight forward attacks while landing attacks of his own. All Might doesn't dodge and just charges through everything. This isn't good since while Ryoh's AP might be lower, his LS is vastly higher.

All Might will be sent flying back with a single attack. If Ryoh desired it, All Might won't be able to get near him. All Might hasn't been shown to be proficient in long rang combat either. Meaning Ryoh should have the advantage in range, but there may come a point where All Might unleashes massive AOE air blast that cover the entire arena. Not saying All Might is range spamming, that's out of character. But he'll start unleashing massive AOE attacks, even up close, if he can't hit his opponent.

While a 3x advantage is good, it's not enough to one shot Ryoh, and his accelerated development will kick in at this point. As all of his stats increase, he'll become faster than All Might. Could he close the gap between their AP/Dura? I imagine this is when Ryoh would use his strongest attack.

Considering his accelerated development, is it possible the attack could put All Might down if he grew strong enough before using it? All Might himself will start going Plus Ultra as well. Comparing other Plus Ultra, he can become strong enough to stomp people on par with him.

I think this depends on if Ryoh can put All Might down with his biggest attack. All Might's stamina allowed him to keep fighting even after being disemboweled. If Ryoh's AD can put him on All Might's level, the 10x amp would be enough to one shot him. But if he doesn't or can't, I think All Might will take the win afterward.

I have a bias so I want to lean towards All Might, but I want to hear another opinion first.

All of these are great points, even more so considering Mashle isn't your forte. When it comes to Ryoh's AD, I'd say it's a very helpful boon. It doesn't take long to kick in, really starting after the first blow he took against Doom, which didn't leave a scratch on him. It allowed his attacks to become even more precise, being able to hit him dead on despite Doom previously being able to avoid and clash with Ryoh's light attacks. Even after Doom jumped from 60% to 70%, it was shown that Ryoh's growth kept him on par if not superior to Doom. On the topic of stamina, I wouldn't say that Ryoh's is nothing to scoff at either. The man had a hole blasted into his shoulder from his own light that melted his flesh and bubbled his blood, kept fighting even after getting slashed up. And despite expending all of his magic, having his Thirds destroyed, and his body nearly cleaved in half, he still stood strong to try and fight against Doom. It's probably better for me to take his stamina section and paste it here.

"Ryoh has shown moments where he can push past even the most grievous injuries. Despite already taking an attack of his own trying to defend Finn, and presumably being caught in the crossfire of Doom's monstrous attack, Ryoh could still stand and fight, refusing to be sold short. Even after having part of his body cleaved through, he still gets back up. Even after receiving a punch and having his body crushed under Doom's foot, he continues to persist. Even after getting slammed into the ground, his face beaten in with multiple punches, his throat kicked, and his face taking another direct punch, despite all of these injuries, he continues to fight until the very end, all to protect the people even against overwhelming adversity. Because that's what makes a man"

Truly impressive stuff.

Sorry for the late reply.

While it annoying to have a similar outcome to the fight with AFO, this sounds like a 50/50 chance for me. If Ryoh is capable of growing strong enough to match Prime All Might, he should one shot with his strongest attack. However, if he fails to one shot, I believe he'll be too drained to continue the fight at this point.

At the least, I don't see him taking down a surviving Plus Ultra All Might, who'd be launching massive AOE attacks from close range.

It depends on how faster Ryoh's AD is and when he decides to use his strongest attack. Going by the knowledge I have here, I'm just going to vote Inconclusive for now.

I'm incapable of saying if one should defeat the other with the current information I have.

I mean hey, look at it like this.... at least this is more of an actual fight than a "who strikes first" competition? Lol.

Counted, but if you do need an answer for his Thirds, he used it when he was on the ropes (or however the phrase goes). Basically seeing no other way to beat Doom and being desperate, he bided his time to find an opportunity to cast and fire off his Thirds. Which I guess could mean he would wait till he could potentially match a Plus Ultra All Might, but that depends on how fast we take Ryoh's AD.

Good conversation all around.

How many days can All Might survive with his stamina?

DV should be able to survive for at least a week with their magic power, considering Orter was training Lance and Dot without giving them any rest—except for the magic water they created themselves to drink and survive, without any other means.

I think it depends on whether Ryoh would go for his thirds or not, since it causes him to lose most of his magic. The fact that he only used it when he was seriously injured indicates he wouldn’t resort to it unless he’s pushed too far. Normally, he might try to stall the fight longer, at least by spamming his attacks on All Might while dodging at the same time.

The fight isn't going to last days. There's going to be a point where All Might stops holding back his AOE, which means Ryoh cannot dodge his attacks. He'll unleash large AOE wind pressure that is 2.54 Exatons and will cover the entire USJ arena. And he'll be unleashing those attacks right next to Ryoh.

Yeah, in this instance (if Ryoh hasn't used his Thirds yet), I'd say he could use pure magic to cushion these blows. Magic cushioning, even when a wizard is on death's door, has shown the ability to protect the wizard from would-be fatal attacks. I feel like with the amount of pressure this would put Ryoh under, it would accelerate his magic growth.
