So, whats stopping Squid from just playing his Clarinet and killing Kafka since she doesn't resist its hax? Squid can take it out and play it instantly and It's hax hit the target as soon as he starts playing.

This prolly not a "Who shoots first" ahh matchup. Mind hax won't work on squiddy but sleep hax will. However, I'm not sure how long the Whisper hax take to actually kick in nor if the whisper is a reliable wincon. But the Clarinet does have deconstruction which also negates resistance.
