I'm sorta conflicted, I think its a mix of rage power and that Mark and other Vils get angrier and start putting more behind their attacks. Mark was holding back given he doesn't want so much destruction and was looking to take out his anger. After Oliver comes and he gets hurt, Mark starts to try more and Conquest also asks him to show his rage which Mark headbutts him and whales on him which Conquest still felt unsatisfied with. We see Nolan become angrier with Mark back in S1 and either he starts hitting harder or anger makes vils un-restrict their attacks.

I guess this is a standard superhero/anime trope where a character gets stronger from wounds and anger.
Mark could barely contain himself when innocent people were dying around him, and he was almost shaking with fear. I don't think he held back when his brother was beaten to a pulp.
Although, this would explain the events of the previous episode, where Mark begins to defeat the villains of maniacs only after they have harmed his beloved queen

Rage power is for season 2 Mark. It was accepted cuz him "holding back" was a subconscious restraint against the Viltrumites. In his own view, he wasn't holding back, just too weak to engage in the fight until he got pissed over the slaughter of the Thraxans

His lived far longer and has way more experience with viltrumtes. There’s no reason to doubt him. And just like the rest of there fight the second conquest takes it up another notch mark gets overwhelmed. If eve didn’t intervene conquest would have choked mark out.

Living longer doesn't matter, we see the Vils struggle with understanding emotions so its not surprising that this is something they'd dismiss. And each time Conquest went harder Mark usually got angrier and went harder. When Oliver gets beat up, Mark hits harder and Conquest acknowledges he's starting to warm up, when Eve seems dead Mark punch breaks his arm and starts going blow for blow with Conquest. I don't really care for rage power on page but Conquest saying getting mad doesn't make you stronger after literally having his arm destroyed by Mark being angry just seems like another way of demonstrating the Vils struggle with recognizing their emotions for what they are.

The struggle with connecting and forming bounds. They have never struggled to feel rage, show it or understand it. Even conquest expected rage from mark from just being a Viltrumite

And conquest still bullldozed him, despite playing with him and drawing out the fight and seeing mark give it his all conquest still thought rage boosts aren’t a thing kinda just further defeats the idea.The fact that mark had to break his arm to even do that gives further creedence for conquest statement.

Stated otherwise. Plus it’s not like you can’t hit hard enough to do more damage while hurting yourself in the process. This an’t anything special

Supernatural Willpower is the ability to exceed one's own limits through sheer willpower to a degree extremely far beyond real human standards.

No, Mark can push through the pain, but he barely does any better. Yeah, he has an adrenaline rush, but it's not some rage boost that bumps up every stat. It's him fighting without inhibition, punching hard enough to break his own arm. His head is his best asset, as it's inexplicably stronger than the rest of his body. It's how he bloodied Conquest so early on in the fight. He would've died if it weren't for him literally using his head.
At best, he could get a note stating he can literally push his body past it's breaking point. This is endurance, not strength nor durability. Like others have said, this is a Viltrumite thing. We have MANY examples by the end of the series. Samples even, from one dude.
