Not sure if this was addressed or not, but Makima's contract transfers damage done to her body, not the pain that is caused by the damage. She would still be able to receive the pain. So if you saw her in half, she's going to feel the initial pain of it, before her body restores back to a healthy state.

Either way, Conqueror's Haki knocks Makima out. She's weaker than his start of story pre timeskip self physically anyway, and this luffy will just Haki and knock her out.
