Seems like the 4th Horsemen and 4th Primal Fear featured in the story is a anxious loser with a bit of an ego, like if Kobeni and Asa had a love child.

I don't think so, if Death had a unconditional instant kill bypassing even Devil regen/revives, might as well wrap up the series with her giving Asa and Denji the Yogiri treatment. Makima also believed herself potentially capable of beating Death with Pochita's power, so her contract wouldn't be bypassed by anything Death does.
We are gonna see how the Death Devil fights, Chainsaw Man Devil is the perfect opponent because he will keep reviving.
Cool idea, it would mean that Fami first move against Death was playing one of her strongest cards which kinda runs against how she operates, but maybe she did...

He doesn't act very smart. Most likely just another Fire Devil contractor obsessed with justice. We will learn his identity after hes been revived from automatic death hax of Great King of Terror.

That's what i meant, she might at some point pull this card and insta-kill someone, but i really don't think its Death Devil's main form of attack.
Its just too boring, imagine all she does is point at her enemies and they fall over and die (and then possibly revive). Death's gonna have some wack powers that we could not have guessed in 100 years. Just like we never thought War Devil would fight by ripping out people's spines and then turning them into a weapon.

Highly unlikely, but if the next couple chapters confirms that Yuko's "The Justice Devil turns your sense of justice into power!" statement was literal, then 8-B+ Public Safety Uniforms are back on the menu.

Conquest has direct puppeting, War has turning into weapons, Famine has puppeting but through hunger this time
Death has to have some ability in that line, right? Though just puppeting the dead doesn't seem right.

So the instant she dies, she is alive again (or you could say that's just literally what immortality is, technically). Would this even count as type 5? Or something even better?

I mean if we accepted that csm characters don't have 6th sense because 6th sense was eaten, then if death gets eaten then type 5 is also needed.

I personally think that while yes, she will have Horseman abilities, they won't work in a similar way to Conquest, Famine and War. All of those concepts require people to not die (you can't starve, be dominated or do war while you are dead) and some of their abilities require their target to not die, whereas Death will not take any hostages. Her abilities would be counter-intuitive to her goal if they incentivized her to spare some people as control fodder like Makima. Or reviving them like Zombie, desecrating their corpse like Yoru, that just doesn't fit her.
Unless Death is completely trolling with her goal to save people from suffering by killing them (presumably) quick and painlessly.
My best guess for her ability is Meruem-esque power absorpion (not of her own kills, but everyone who dies is hers) so she has the combined abilities of Conquest, Gun Hybrid Aki, Justice, the ants she just killed and every other dead being. But Fujimoto is going to make it magnitudes more unhinged than anything i can come up with.
