Why All Hersherr's in Honkai are 1-A?

Why all hersherr's just for being hersherr's are 1-A, can someone explain it to me or send me a topic explaining it?

And someone can explain me if the universe that Aeons can destroy with one thought are the Imaginary Tree or a Imaginary Space or a Branch, and the reality that they creates too

It's just from last week. IIRK, Honkai was Low 1-A, then it was upgraded to 1-A and this CRT is downgrading them back to Low 1-A.

Can't help much about the Aeons, sorry.

Most of the characters don't scale to tier 1, and they scale because they have feats or statements comparable to tier 1 structures. As of now, Finality Kiana is slighly above Aeons via scaling chain, but that may change in the future.

Supposedly all aeons are comparable but not equally strong, and there is an Aeon called Terminus that rules the path of finality, so what that means?
