I apologize for my behavior, because I thought that's what the general discussion threads are about? To talk about the characters from that specific verse? So promoting threads shouldn't be a sin if those characters are included. Also Megami Tensei Thor is higher into scaling even though Marvel Comics Thor comes from a larger cosmology? God, now that's bizarre, I will wait and see what others have to say.

Accuracy thread where it's obvious from a singular glance at the OP that its nof about SMT or Marvel, nor the Top Strongest threads where the point is to find who has the biggest **** in a specific tier, nor the Combat Skill thread in a match which has **** all to do with skill!

Promote them on the discussion threads for said verses, or to the verse's supporters on their walls.

Thor isn't top dog in Marvel Cosmology. SMT has been several layers into 1-A for awhile now.
 
Supporters asked to not make any SMT matches due to extremely outdated profiles.

Anyway, what Reaper said. Last I remember, Thor is 1-2 layers only? I could be wrong.

What?! God forgive me for asking, but how is Thor only 1-2 layers only when Base Thor is already Tier 1-A?! This make former High 1-A Thor look like a saint in return!

Lord, what have I done to deserve to be punished like this? This is the second failed thread that I have done with outdated profiles. There should be a warning in the verse page!

Forgive my asking, please, but what is so bad about that?

Matches are just for fun, & at most, they put a result on 2 profiles to be removed later, likely cleaned up come the CRT that's been in the works for... what, years?
Plus, matches can stimulate interest in a 'verse, which may help gather research to improve it, yet they want it to suppress its activity on-site for months or more while working on it in outside communities.

The profiles may be outdated, but until the CRT goes through, that is what they are. What's the issue with using the current, official info on-site?
I'm sure the profiles can get many much-warranted changes, but isn't it presumptuous, too, to assume that currently unpublished, remotely developed CRTs will even be accepted & go through?

I feel the same way. If I remember correctly touhou had the same issues for years, supporters kept complaining about matchups but profiles took years to update. My take is put out dated template and/or update it in a reasonable amount of time. Or... Just get the matchups removed later cause it's easy and not a big deal.

well your matchups seem to fail since they're mostly of outerversal tier characters which usually doesn't make for good discussion.
 
Do we have any consensus if this thread should continue? I need someone to speak up, because with the layering issues and outdated issues, I feel like the Lord is telling me that this thread is already dead.
