But at this point all this site is doing is ignoring the official statements saying it scales in verse like it doesn’t even make sense in verse itself he built the suit to protect him against top tier threats like he was literally trying to get him to join the avengers saying he was ready for more he sees him as a son a wouldn’t want him to get hurt and to prevent that would be to build him a strong suit this site scales the rescue armor there’s no reason he didn’t do the same with Peter

Some of the potential scaling issues that could be caused by a tier 5 Iron Spider upgrade might be avoidable if we used the statement from the No Way Home artbook that the Iron Spider suit in that movie is supposed to be a new one (though the idea of it having a new wearable storage unit didn't make it into the movie), and only applied an upgrade to the version that Stark made himself:
Note that this wouldn't eliminate all potential scaling issues, as we'd still be left with stuff like Star-Lord's blasters being treated as a threat to the Iron Spider, and the Sanctuary II being able to damage the Iron Spider with only an indirect hit from its energy cannons.

The hulk buster was damaged by a street pole and hulk buster 2 by outrider which failed to rip cap to shreds so outliers happen

Comics TVA #3 artist confirmed that the scarlet witch he drew is the same person from MCU 616, so it's probably canon that they actually share a multiverse

The She-Hulk artbook technically isn't supposed to be out until next week, but someone on YouTube got ahold of it and showed pages from it.
The next artbook after that is currently supposed to be for Agatha All Along on April 29.
The Loki season 2 artbook releases shortly afterwards on May 13.
Captain America: Brave New World's artbook is scheduled for June 10.
The artbook for Secret Invasion was originally supposed to be released last year, but it's not clear when it's coming out at this point.

They were Tier 6 for forever and only very recently they were upgraded to 5-A.
5-C is really high compared to how they used to be, especially with the series of downgrades that happened years ago that brought them down to Tier 7, and they stayed there for quite some time too. It took several years to bring them here, so any Tier 5, even "just" 5-C, is a huge achivement.

To be fair, it's an "at least 5-C", so they aren't necessarily capped at that level if someone attempts to put together a compelling argument for Tesseract scaling or something in the future.

America Chavez can scale since the feat she scaling right now is no limit.
Ant Man maybe his daughter using their giant forms.
Maybe some of Hawkeye's arrows if they are specifically made to be powerful.
Wiccan and his brother if they appear.
Whoever is the "iron man" on the team.
Maybe Hulk.
We don't really know who is gonna be there yet but probably many new characters will scale.

Half the people you named aren’t high tiers or wouldn’t be comparable enough to scale like hulk himself is legit fodder now the Russo brothers even laughed and cracked jokes about him being anywhere near the strongest when talking about Thor carol and Wanda
so like 90% of those characters would legit have to amps as they could never scale as of now

Wong Dr Strange and Clea are magic based they can learn new powerful spells use more artifacts to make them reach tier 4.
America Chavez has no clear limits but she is also learning magic so she can be much stronger than before.
Ant Man between movies vexames able to go even bigger or if they go with the comics spacial axis explanation then there would be no limit.
Hawkeye's arrows can be made or amped by whatever new technology they came up with, heck they just found adamantium which is better than vibranium.
No reason to limit wiccan.
"Iron man" is tech based.
And Hulk we don't know if he gets a bigger role maybe he becomes stronger through Gamma's experimentations or consequences of his previous experimentations.

I'm really surprised we've never found a statement from the creative team that either confirms or denies why characters in the Sacred Timeline do or do not scale to the variants seen in the show. Iirc the reason why the scaling isn't accepted on here is because of timeline inconsistencies.
