Idk, Homelander's range game is worse than Anko's in terms of methodology (dual eyebeams vs volley fire) and Nokotan dodged the latter. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I mean, Homelander at least still has some stuff to cover that. A 3.1x AP advantage is going to hurt a lot, even with regen (if it lands), and heat vision is quite a valid wincon because uhh, heat (if it lands)
And if he's lucky enough, he can, you know, land hits
Antler grenades are explosions, so if Homie can keep enough distance, he can tank them ya know, just like Nokotan herself
that's enough wincon for him, I feel

Nokotan seems to be too dumb to actually land a hit on Homelander and Homelander's flight would just make it harder for her to do so. Homelander can laser her from a distance then get into close range to incap her with his lifting strength. I'm voting Homelander here.

I guess she can lol. I'll still keep my vote though as Homelander can fly which would help him dodge the bombs and is a better combattant than Nokotan. Plus, he has more wincons imo.

It seems like Homelander has better projectiles, higher intelligence, and enough AP advantage to overwhelm the deer girl.
