Would Abyss's disease manip, death manip, and similar abilities affect U-O despite being cybernetic?

i don't think so, U-O is not "alive" in a common sense for Death Manip to affect him, and he is also not biological for a disease to affect him

Ok then, let's look at the other side of the coin now.

Would the Sigma Virus affect a being that's composed of acid/lava?

Abyss's Low-High regen is gonna be hard to get through but Ultron has other means of winning like TK or Sigma Virus.

Heavy depend if you buy it would affect everyone in MvC: infinite, if you do, in that case Sigma Virus thus work on Ghostrider

Well, I would probably have to rewatch the story mode in order to be confident to make such a judgement call, and I'd rather not do that, so let's just wait for more MvC people to arrive and give input.

Until then, let's discus TK as a win condition. At face value, it seems like stamina probably wouldn't be an issue for the 24 hour incap time considering O-H restrained Dante while fighting, but there is the issue of Abyss's intangibility and his LS being It >Galactus > Dante and others, while O-H just upscales from Dante.

Okay. Lets break down their AP scaling first

Ultron-Omega is pretty much Ultron-Sigma at his strongest. Ultron-Sigma (Pre-Gem Crack) was so strong that Jedah Dohma stated that the Symbiote Monster (which could easily break out of Doctor Strange's spell and required The Resistance to use three Infinity Gems in combination with the explosion of the Graviton Core in order to completely destroy it) was not yet powerful enough to beat Ultron-Sigma

Galactus (1.65 Quettatons) < Hawkeye < Iron Man < Thanos < Onslaught ≈< Mega Man/Spider-Man < Blackheart/X < Mephisto < Dante/Vergil/Dormammu < Doctor Strange < Symbiote Monster < Ultron-Sigma (Pre-Gem Crack) < Ultron-Omega

Now lets get into Abyss. This gets VERRRRRY interesting because its the only Pre-MvC:I boss where cast members taking part in the story were confirmed to be required collectively to defeat it. And this was just for Abyss' first form. The fact that Shuma-Gorath was among the large roster that Ruby Heart collected to fight Abyss says a lot. So with that in mind...

Galactus (1.65 Quettatons) < Hawkeye < Iron Man < Thanos < Onslaught ≈< Mega Man/Spider-Man < Blackheart/X < Mephisto < Dante/Vergil/Dormammu < Doctor Strange < Shuma-Gorath < Abyss (Armour of Attrition) < Abyss (The Guardian) < Abyss (Final Form)

I've said this before, but Abyss is the strongest High 5-A of MvC and I think it really shows here

When it comes to intelligence, this undoubtedly goes to Ultron-Omega. Even though he's basically given up his self-regulation here, it doesn't take away from the fact he's an Extraordinary Genius. Same goes for his combat skill, which I'd also say he has the edge in here compared to Abyss

Abyss has regeneration and incredibly versatile shapeshifting abilities that are great for avoiding attacks and persisting throughout the battle. Honestly? I don't think LS is gonna be a surefire wincon for Ultron-Omega. Since Abyss in its first form should already upscale Shuma-Gorath, and we're talking about the final form here, there's a strong case to be made that Abyss can just escape a TK LS grab. The Sigma Virus is where it gets tricky. It can infect organic and inorganic life alike. Its more questionable if Abyss' passive hax can affect Ultron-Omega though

A very useful ability for Ultron-Omega here is actually his Information Analysis. With that, he'd more than likely be able to recognize Abyss' core as a weakness and try targeting it. The question is how he'll go about that. Its not impossible, but it won't be easy. Abyss is a stronger, more durable opponent, who not only has a greater advantage here due to its limited invulnerability, but its evasive abilities paired with its bubble traps, which is gonna give it more than a few good opportunities to wail on Ultron-Omega

This really might be incon, but I'd like to hear if anyone has any follow-ups to my analysis here
