If you mean SPSM Naruto and Rinnegan Sasuke, then they're probably Code/Sarada tier (saying Sarada~Fused Naruto and Sasuke feels so wrong 😭). If you mean literal peak including Baryon Mode, they smoke anyone other than Shibai and possibly Jura depending on how much above everyone else he is (he probably gets slammed too tho)

MAS is already Adult Naruto plus Sasuke and that is doing nothing to Jigen.

Jiraiya vs Koji (Equal Base Stats)
  1. Round 1 — Base Jiraiya & Koji (No Prescience)
  2. Round 2 — SM Jiraiya & Koji (No Prescience)
  3. Round 3 — SM Jiraiya & Base Koji (W/ Prescience)
 
I have an idea that has been on my mind for a while. Since Temari is stated as the strongest Fuuton user, is it possible to say Temari Fuuton>Itachi Fuuton and give War Arc Temari 6-C AP? After all, Itachi's Ninjutsu should be higher than his physical strength. This will only be the AP of his attacks with Fuuton. Maybe Itachi won't be there since he doesn't use Fuuton often. There is also Danzo who stands out with Fuuton.

Both of these people were dead at the time.
Also, Temari didn't say she's the strongest Fūton user period, just that she was the best one in the Allied Forces.

I know this manga panel, but it seems like Temari was called the strongest Fuuton user in a databook or anime fanbook or something. I also think I heard that Blank Period Temari was called the strongest Fuuton user in the novel.

Even though Itachi and Danzo are dead, Naruto is alive. If the fanbook statement I mentioned above is true, I think he may have more AP than Sage Mode Naruto at least.

The statement is for Blank Era Temari, so why would it count for War Arc Temari?

Naruto wasn't a part of the Allied Forces when Temari made that statement. Temari has no idea how powerful Naruto is anyway, nor does she even know about the Rasenshuriken.

I wrote her separately from War arc Temari. The scale of the character's Adult version is not on her profile anyway.

What I meant was "If it's not Temari's own words but a statement written from a Divine Perspective from a Fanbook/Databook type source, it can be scaled above Naruto." Otherwise, yes, as you said, Temari didn't see Naruto.
