The power i chose was the ability to grant myself any ability of my choice

think of a weakness for that and i will see if i can't come up with a solution to bypass it

So as in, instead of being either able to grant yourself multiple abilities or grant yourself any ability at any time and change abilities on the fly, you only get to choose one ability out of the potentially infinite choices and stay with that one choice permanently throughout?

Cause I think one weakness to granting yourself any one ability is the inability to maximise all the possible utilities/useful properties and applications of any one ability you choose due to limited knowledge on how to utilise said ability, and anyone else you encounter who has more skill at using that ability than you would overpower or outskill you.
(Unless you granted yourself all the knowledge of the ability AND the weakness and thus found ways to both maximise the potential of that ability and counter the weaknesses of that ability.)

Basically, either if you grant yourself the ability to choose any one ability and change abilities at any time (or worse, if you only get to choose one ability and stick with that) or if you grant yourself the ability to choose multiple abilities, you'd ultimately be a jack of all trades who is adaptable but whose individual abilities may not be as developed as those who specialise in those same abilities (unless you get only one ability to stick with permanently, in which case you need to specialise in that one ability and you are left vulnerable to abilities that specifically counter that ability).

My final answer might be this:
I could think of granting yourself omnipotence, omniscience and omnipresence (at least giving the first would give the other two) on a limitless/infinite scale and thus gaining all abilities in one go, but then the only weaknesses to that is either:

• Anyone who specifically is stated or designed to be completely invincible/immune to/incapable of being harmed by absolutely everything.
• Having an omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent being/amalgamation of beings working on a limitless scale (either one being in limitless forms or a limitless quantity of beings working as one) already existing (like the gods of religions and mythologies).

Both could at best either stalemate you in both cases due to paradoxes, or, in the case of the limitlessly omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent being(s), erase you BEFORE you get to grant yourself limitless omnipotence, omniscience and omnipresence since they're stated to have existed before you.

3: Yeah having a murderous improved clone of yourself is gonna be traumatising to deal with unless you can make peace with them and ask to learn from them (It's basically Homelander vs Black Noir in the comics or Emiya Shirou and Archer Shirou).

4: I did see the potential in terms of absolute versatility and adaptability/flexibility to deal with any situation, but I was noting potential flaws that came with that versatility (but that was also depending on how the ability to grant yourself abilities worked as we clarified in point 1 ^).

5: You might want to edit your starting/original post to add that condition of not being able to wish for that (assuming you're referring to limitless omnipotence/omniscience/omnipresence).

By abilities on the list I meant stuff actually on the list... Causality Manip, Time Manip, Time Stop, Camouflage, and Absorption aren't on there, they're written on the thread so something can be put there if someone suggests it
The Chaos Manip is just causing vague and unusable amounts of discord and disaster
The Inorganic Physiology is literally being a bubble

Every ability you wish for can only be used once, and then you lose the ability to use that ability and all sub-abilities of that ability ever again

I think it still kinda works (because you can make wishes, you just have no desire therefore nothing is granted) although now that I understand this I would probably say "Any prior or future uses of this ability reverts the user back to a point where said ability never existed, regardless of if this weakness ever existed or not."
