What's the summary of the thread? If its just the OP then its not a Low 1-C feat.
Damn, I kinda forgot about this thread. To summarize, a god created a space that is said to be transcendent of time. This space contains all of time, past, present, and future. It is stated that anywhere can be accessed from there. This means that this space is 4-D at least, as it contains the entirety of 4D time. It is then shown to have its own flow of time that can be manipulated. This is an additional temporal dimension, which would be 5D. So a 4D space, and a 5D time dimension. The god who created the thing would scale via creating it. That’s the argument.

That's not an additional temporal dimension. An additional temporal dimension means that the flow of time in that area doesn't go [Backwards-Forwards] in a traditional sense. It moving in my linear fashion is counter evidence:
Things like timelines having time that passes at different rates would not qualify, as even the theory of general relativity already establishes that with just one regular time dimension time can flow at different rates in different places. Time flowing backwards in another universe would also not qualify it to have an additional time dimension, as it would still use the same directions of past and future as regular time, just with events playing out in reverse. For the same reasons, statements about independent time streams or of separate kinds of time, which could flow parallel to the original time, would not qualify.

Neither would dimensions that are timeless voids or are described as beyond spacetime in general qualify. Unless they contradict themselves, these realms should not have a time dimension at all, with change in them happening according to other principles. If they, on the other hand, do contradict themselves, the statement of them not having regular time would inherently not be reliable, making the idea equally unusable.

There's more context too it. Past, present, a d future. The future is implied to be a parallel world that is real and not just a "possibility."

A character makes a comment that this realm can allow a person to be appear in any world via time travel. (I.E can chose to go to the past, or future) using this realm which has access to all worlds.

Time passes in this location, utilizing the time of this location, but its flow isn’t linear in the traditional sense. We know that from the perspective of this location, the normal time flows in a separate way from this locations time, as it described to flow such that all of the moments of the timeline flows at once into each other, overlapping. Where as this locations time in comparison, is, as you said, linear. It’s linear, from the shoes of one who views normal time as non linear. The entirety of the universes time axis flows differently, compared to the flow of time here. Also, again, the space contains all of time, which means it must be 4 dimensional. And it is serviced by its own time. We see it be interacted with. 4d + 1d

Even with that context it still wouldn't be a second temporal axis. Because time flowing is still in a forwards-backwards motion. Which can be accomplished with a singular temporal axis.

I could see it bein 2-A, but unless you can show that its an uncountable infinite greater in size you don't need to be Low 1-C to contain a timeline.

For context, the cosmology being discussed only has 1 timeline, I'm not sure where 2-A can even come into this?

could you explain to me how it’s 2-A? Thanks

A space that can fit a theoretical infinite number of timelines would be 2A. Which is why I said i could see an argument for that, but in either case it's not Low 1-C.
This is because Toei cosmology has the potential to be 2-A rather than low 1-C, all through infinite possibilities and infinite destinies.
